WELCOME HOME!!!

So you are interested in renting a house in Pinehurst. I'm sure that you have searched and looked and looked and searched. Well all that searching is over! My name is Jennifer Miller. I lived in North Carolina from 2008-2011 and it was WONDERFUL! We are a military family so that means that we move a LOT! However, when we lived in NC we felt the most at home. We are looking for someone who will live in and love our home as much as we do. Not only is the house beautiful but the neighborhood is too! Renting from us will ensure that you and your family will live in a wonderfully quite, safe neighborhood and your kids will attend the best schools in the area! Take a look at the pictures and pages, if you are are interested in our home email me or just comment on the post!

Information - This is a 2000sq ft cottage style home located in Village Acres in Pinehurst NC. This home has an open split floor plan which includes three large bedrooms all of which have berber carpets and ceiling fans.  The primary flooring throughout the home is hard wood. The living room has vaulted ceilings and an ornamental gas fireplace. Off of the living room there is a large dining room or office area. The kitchen has beautiful walnut cabinetry, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and an extra deep sink. The breakfast bar will seat four people and sports tear drop lighting. The breakfast nook is very large. We fit twelve people at the table in the nook at Thanksgiving! The master bedroom is VERY large and has a master bath with Jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, standing shower and walk in closet.

The back deck is very large and looks out on beautiful NC woods. The woods behind the house is the buffer for the number 8 golf course, this is GREAT because you will not need to worry about other homes being built in your back yard.

The garage is a large two car. We easily fit most of my husbands military gear, bikes, garden supplies, sporting and camping supplies a mini van and my husbands commuter car in the garage. What does not fit in the garage will fit in the attic which has a large amount of space and easy access from the garage. If you need more storage the crawlspace is large enough to stand in and the ground is covered.
The yard is easy to manage and aside from some light edging in the front and picking up pinecones there is not much else to do.
